Nexus Group Global provides outbound lead generation and appointment setting services using a hybrid model of AI voice technology and human SDRs. Services are tailored to each client and governed by written agreements outlining deliverables, timelines and payment terms.

3. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to provide accurate, lawful data and materials (e.g., call scripts, contact lists) necessary for campaign execution. Clients are responsible for ensuring they have consent to contact leads, where applicable.

4. Use of Website

By accessing this website, you agree to use it solely for lawful purposes. You will not reproduce, modify, or misuse any content, data, or features.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, technology and materials provided by Nexus Group Global are the intellectual property of Boicevox Pty Ltd. Clients retain ownership of any data or IP they provide but grant us permission to use it to fulfil contracted services.

6. Confidentiality

All client materials, strategies, and campaign data are treated as confidential and used solely for service delivery. We implement appropriate safeguards to protect this information.

7. Data Usage and Retention

We may store and analyse call data and campaign performance metrics for optimisation and reporting. Data is retained only as long as necessary and handled in compliance with applicable laws.

8. Third-Party Providers

We may use trusted third-party tools such as Twilio, OpenAI and analytics services to support our operations. These providers are bound by confidentiality and privacy obligations.

9. Payment Terms

All payments are due as outlined in the signed client agreement. Late payments may result in service suspension. Fees are exclusive of GST or applicable taxes.

10. Non-Solicitation

Clients agree not to solicit, employ, or contract directly with Nexus Group employees or contractors involved in campaign delivery for a period of 12 months post-engagement.

11. Indemnification

Clients agree to indemnify Boicevox Pty Ltd against any claims, damages, or losses arising from misuse of the services, breach of these Terms, or unlawful conduct by the Client.

12. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. While we aim to deliver quality leads and appointments, outcomes are influenced by external market factors and are not guaranteed.

13. Force Majeure

Boicevox Pty Ltd is not liable for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control, including natural disasters, internet outages, or government restrictions.

14. Termination

Either party may terminate services as outlined in the signed agreement. Upon termination, access to services will cease, and outstanding fees will become immediately payable.

15. Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes will be referred to mediation or binding arbitration in New South Wales.

16. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of NSW.

17. Amendments

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.

18. Entire Agreement

These Terms, along with any client agreement, represent the entire agreement between the parties. If any provision is deemed invalid, the remainder shall remain in effect.
